We are a full service Kitchen and Bathroom dealer. Which means, we offer many services to ensure that your kitchen or bathroom project is completed correctly and in a timely manner. Many of these services are based off of our main service: Designing.
Our expertise are focused on our designing skills; we have all been trained to take measurements and design kitchen/bath areas to ensure that your space is used to its maximum capacity and that the same space will function and flow properly.
We believe in the idea that the products we carry and the designs we create will sell themselves. We have very competitive prices across all of our products, which in turn allows us to really focus on the design instead of being pushy sales people.
Services we offer before a contract is signed, we will:
- Meeting at the project site
- Designing with state of the art software
- Meet in the office of your choice to view designs (Seekonk/Narragansett)
- Explain products (how they’re constructed, quality, warranties, etc)
- Meet with contractor of your choice (If Requested)
- Offer referrals of past jobs (If Requested)
- Offer contractor referrals (If Requested)
Once a Contract is signed, we will:
- Follow-up to get final measurement (preferably with the contractor selected)
- Order placing and checking acknowledgements to confirm order is perfect
- Communicating with contractor and homeowner to update with delivery
- Free Delivery into home
- Free Storage for up to 30 days (Weekly rent available after 30 days)
- Follow-up visits to home during install
- Setting up template for countertops
- Setting up install for countertops
